My background

I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy, KAP (Kundalini Activation Process), and Reiki I, with experience in guidance and integration following expanded states of consciousness. I am also a tarot teacher and hold a BSc in Psychology. Additionally, I have completed a Professional Life Coach Certification from Transformation Academy.

My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, including burnout, and a growing understanding of self-compassion and sustainable ways of being.
