One-on-one Coaching

This work focuses on self-healing and finding your way back into balance.

I work one-on-one with people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves and need space to slow down and reconnect. We begin by looking at what is actually going on for you right now, your needs and your challenges, while creating a safe and supportive space where you can be heard.

Sessions are a mix of conversation and practical tools, shaped around your goals. You may receive simple practices or “homework” between sessions to support you in daily life, such as breathwork, gentle movement, reflection, or creative exercises. Everything is individually structured and adjusted to what works best for you.

Together, we create a clear and realistic plan that supports your energy, your goals, and a way of living that feels sustainable long-term.

As an artist and entrepreneur who has built and run a restaurant, café, and shop, I understand what it means to follow a vision and how easy it is to lose yourself along the way. This experience allows me to support others in navigating change and moving toward their goals with more clarity.

Format: 1:1 sessions (50 minutes)
Recommended commitment: 4–6 weeks, meeting once a week
Price: €100 per session
